Liverpool have been fined by the FA for too many players receiving yellow cards in defeat at Tottenham.
The Reds were mired in controversy after receiving two red cards in the contest on Saturday, which they lost 2-1.
Liverpool were furious at a goal being wrongly disallowed for offside, despite a VAR check taking place.
Per the Liverpool Echo, the club have been issued with a 25,000 fine, having received eight cards.
The penalty is automatic and is not assessed on a per game basis, with other sides also receiving the fine in recent years.
Spurs will not receive any fine for the game, as they only had a total of five cards among their players and staff.
