Another person also entered the ground within seconds, but he was halted by Salah's Egypt teammate Mohamed Abdelmonem.
Salah has been enjoying a very productive international period, as he scored four in a 6-0 win over Djibouti on Thursday.
The forward has 16 goals in all competitions for club and country so far this season.
