Liverpool's attacking midfielder Takumi Minamino is available for transfer this summer.
The Reds are seeking to move on the 27-year-old, who also wants regular first team football.
According to the Mirror, Liverpool are hoping to secure around £17 million for Minamino to fund their summer spending spree.
Monaco is the team with the strongest interest in Minamino, while he is also being scouted by Lyon in France and Atalanta in Italy.
Minamino is a popular figure at Liverpool, but is well down the pecking order under manager Jurgen Klopp.
His departure does mean that another rotation player, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, is likely to stay for another season.
