Liverpool striker Diogo Jota has spoken out regarding the club's mixed season.
Despite going on a late run of positive results in the Premier League, Liverpool could only finish fifth in the table.
Missing out on the Champions League for next season was hugely disappointing to star Mohamed Salah, but Jota is more diplomatic about his assessment of their campaign.
In a post on Instagram, Jota said: "It was a very hard season, for me personally with all the injuries and not being able to help the team, but we are already targeting the next one.
"See you soon Reds."
Liverpool are set for a big summer, as they look to recruit the quality players that can take them back to the top of the sport.
