Liverpool striker Diogo Jota admits the players didn't know how to react when manager Jurgen Klopp informed them of his resignation.
Klopp announced a fortnight ago he would be leaving at the end of the season.
Jota recalled on Sky Sports: "We had a meeting, no-one was expecting it.
"I was a bit in shock, I was not expecting it. There was a bit of silence and everyone was trying to figure out the best way to react."
Liverpool go to Arsenal later today sitting top of the table.
