Liverpool youngster Kieran Morrison is on the verge of signing a new contract.
The 16-year-old will pen his first professional contract at the club, per The Belfast Telegraph.
Morrison has already made his debut for the club's Under-21s, showcasing his talent at youth level.
Morrison is not yet a professional, as he will be on a scholarship deal for the current campaign.
But he will then likely sign professional papers, unless his scholarship deal is extended by one more year.
The teen is very highly rated and is seen as someone who can soon break into the fringes of the first team.
