Kota Kinabalu: Families whose children are hospitalised at the Likas Women and Children’s Hospital (HWKKS) will soon have a lodging option upon the completion of the fourth Ronald McDonald Home in the country by the first quarter of 2023.
This mission was sealed at the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Ronald McDonald House of Charities (RMHC) and the Malaysian Ministry of Health (MOH) in an official ceremony, witnessed by State Community Development, Welfare and People’s Wellbeing Minister Datuk Shahelmy Yahya.
“This initiative is aimed at providing ease of access to affordable and comfortable accommodation within the hospital to families whose children are undergoing treatment.
