LOGITECH G has introduced the G512 X TMR Analog/Mechanical Gaming Keyboard in the Philippines, targeting PC gamers and keyboard enthusiasts looking for more customizable controls.
The G512 X uses Tunnel Magneto Resistance (TMR) sensor technology, allowing users to assign commands based on how deeply a key is pressed rather than relying only on traditional on/off inputs. Logitech said the feature is suited for racing, flight simulation and tactical shooter games that require more precise movement control.
The keyboard is available in 75-key and 98-key layouts and supports Logitech’s “Dual Swap” system, which allows analog and mechanical switches to be combined on the same keyboard. The device ships with nine Gateron KS-20 analog switches and supports most 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches.
Other features include an 8K polling and reporting rate, customizable dual dials, onboard accessory storage, RGB lighting and support for dual-action key assignments through Logitech’s G HUB software.
The G512 X also supports SAPP (Second Actuation Pressure Point) rings, which provide tactile feedback for secondary key activation points.
Logitech said the keyboard was designed with the growing custom keyboard and PC modding community in mind.
The G512 X comes in black and white variants and is designed to pair with the company’s G502 X Plus Lightspeed gaming mouse and G522 Lightspeed gaming headset.
Locally, the G512 X is priced at P11,995 for the 75-key version and P12,995 for the 98-key version. It will be available through Shopee, Lazada and authorized retail partners nationwide.
