4. Diamond push ups (on knees) - 6 x 3 sets

5. Bodyweight standing military press - 10 x 3 sets

6. Bodyweight single leg deadlift - 10 x 3 sets (each leg)

8. Bodyweight standing around world wall support - 10 x 3 sets
