Finding out that someone close to you is diagnosed with cancer is very harsh but it becomes worse when the person being diagnosed is significant other or family member. Just recently, a Malaysian man has shared a video of him shaving his hair, as a sign of support towards his wife who is battling with cancer.

According to a TikTok video posted by Erol, he revealed that his wife is currently battling cancer. Speaking to Wau Post, his shared that his wife is diagnosed with stage 2 ovarian cancer and is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Puchong.

“I was very affected by her condition, and it was really depressing”, he said.

Prior to finding out that she has cancer, his wife Liza has complained about abdominal pain and subsequently a cyst in her ovary ruptured, leading her to an emergency surgery. With the diagnosis, Liza then started her journey battling cancer, going through chemotherapy.

Showcasing his unwavering support and love towards his wife

One of the side effects of chemotherapy is losing hair and Liza decided that she will shave off her hair, with the help of her husband. As he shaves her hair, she couldn’t help but tear up, seemingly overwhelmed with the situation. As he was done shaving her head, he decided to shave his own head, leaving his wife shocked.
