Manchester United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has met with the club's owners, the Glazers, about making 'cultural' changes at the club.

United have had a mixed start to the 2019/20 season, winning twice, losing twice and drawing the other two games in the Premier League - and needing penalties against Rochdale in the Carabao Cup.

The Daily Express says Woodward has been involved in long talks with Glazers about making key changes at the club.

One of the biggest criticisms of United since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013 is that they've lost the big characters who had big influences on the dressing room.

But Woodward is said to be keen on bringing back the old school United culture back to the club, with the Glazers insistent on that happening as well.

The Glazers believe it'll take at least another six transfer windows before United are back on track again.
