Flamengo vice-president Marcos Braz admits Everton are "watching" midfielder Reinier.
However, he insists the Blues haven't offered a mooted 40m for the Brazil U17 captain.
"There are no offers for Reinier from Everton or from England," Braz is quoted by fkapress.com.
"He is a watched player. (But) you can be sure the player has nothing to do with Everton."
His current contract is up at December 31, 2020.
Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid and Manchester City are also interested in the Brazil U17 captain.
