As management educator & HRD practitioner, I found mobile learning (m-learning) holds immense significance by providing flexible, “anytime, anywhere” access to education via smartphones & tablets. It enhances engagement through personalized, bite-sized content, resulting in significantly higher learning gains. This approach supports, self-directed learning, increased knowledge retention, for immediate results, and, on-the-go access to training materials. I realized learners can access to interactive content, positive training impacts, resources at their own pace and schedule, removing location & time barriers.

I then extended invitation to the visiting Professor Naqi Azam, Senior Advisor to Vice Chancellor DHA Suffa Pakistan and Soka Gakkai Malaysia (SGM) President Johnny Ng respectively.
