Luckin Coffee Malaysia has strengthened its presence in the local market with the opening of its first flagship store at SkyAvenue, Resorts World Genting. The brand also launched the Luckin Coffee Mobile Truck, marking a strategic step towards delivering a more holistic and immersive customer experience.
The dual initiative reflects the brand’s continued expansion in Malaysia, combining physical retail and mobile engagement to reach consumers across multiple touchpoints.
“2025 has been a pivotal year for Luckin Coffee Malaysia as we focus on expanding our footprint and elevating customer engagement through innovative formats,” said Dr Jeff Lim, Chief Executive Officer of Luckin Coffee Malaysia. “Our aim is to build a connected ecosystem of outlets and mobile touchpoints that deliver quality, affordability and convenience wherever our customers are.”
Flagship Experience at Genting Highlands

Located at SkyAvenue, the premier lifestyle destination at Resorts World Genting, the 2,084 sq ft flagship store is designed to complement the mall’s dynamic, entertainment-led environment. Inspired by theme park design, the space features oversized
“Luckin” seating, a Merry-Go-Round–inspired coffee bar, roller coaster–themed seating areas, the interactive “Charge Your Luck” zone, and an IP wall showcasing Lucky, the brand’s Chief Lucky Officer.
Guided by Luckin Coffee’s four brand pillars — professionalism, youth, fashion and wellness — the flagship delivers a vibrant, modern setting that elevates the coffee experience beyond the everyday.

To mark the launch, Luckin Coffee introduced the Genting-exclusive Grape Cloud Frappe, available across all Genting Highlands outlets from 6 December 2025. The limited-edition beverage features a creamy grape-flavoured ice blend topped with whipped cream.
The SkyAvenue flagship joins two existing Luckin Coffee outlets in Genting Highlands: the pick-and-go store at Highlands Hotel, launched in August 2025, and the Antara Genting Relaxed Store, which opened in November 2025.
Taking the Brand on the Road

Complementing its brick-and-mortar growth, Luckin Coffee Malaysia has rolled out the Luckin Coffee Mobile Truck, a mobile activation designed to bring the brand directly to consumers. The truck will serve coffee at festivals, universities, townships, lifestyle hubs and community events nationwide, carrying the brand’s signature menu.
Looking ahead, Luckin Coffee Malaysia is on track to conclude a major phase of accelerated expansion in 2025, focusing on scaling high-performing store formats, enhancing accessibility and strengthening its nationwide footprint. This milestone further reinforces Luckin Coffee’s position as a fast-growing player in Malaysia’s competitive coffee retail landscape.
