Luton boss Rob Edwards has sung the praises of Brentford counterpart Thomas Frank.
Luton meet the Bees later today.
Edwards said, "He (Thomas Frank) has done a fantastic job.
"For me, he is one of the best managers in the league. He has been there for four or five years and there has been incredible progress year on year.
"His team is very well organised and well trained. They know exactly what to do. Whether they play against a top team or not.
"We do things in our own way, but Brentford is a good model to look at."
