Luton matchwinner Cauley Woodrow admits he broke his hand before scoring in their FA Cup win at Everton.

The Hatters won their Fourth Round tie 2-1 on the day.

Woodrow said: "To be fair I don't really remember much. It just fell to me and I managed to tap it in.

"It was a tough game and at the end it was like a basketball match.

"I'm really pleased with myself because I've been waiting a long time for a goal, and also for the travelling fans - they were unbelievable today."

Woodrow says he scored carrying a broken hand after James Tarkowski fell on him earlier in the match.

"James Tarkowski fell on me accidentally but I felt it crack, so I was in a bit of shock for a while!"
