Luton winger Tahith Chong admits they weren't at their best for defeat at Brentford.
The Bees were comfortable 3-1 winners on the day.
Chong said: "As a team we are disappointed. We wanted more of the ball in the first half and then to concede two goals early in the second was tough.
"We had hope after [Jacob] Browny pulled one back but couldn't find another. We need to bounce back quickly.
"We need to recover for the game [against Arsenal] on Tuesday. We have a good squad and need to keep improving.
On skipper Tom Lockyer's injury the winger added: "It's tough, we've already got several injuries there. The guys who came in did a good job and it's just unfortunate we conceded two goals so quickly in the second half."
