As kids, we’ve been told by our parents not to engage in dangerous actions that may lead to serious injuries but sometimes, our cheekiness get the better of us and we find ourselves doing perilous things.
A clip of a student scaling out of the window of a bus while it was still moving recently left netizens in cold sweat, who feared for the boy’s safety should anything terrible happen while doing so.
M’sian boy climbs out of moving bus’ window
In a brief 7-second clip uploaded to TikTok by user @bahrin58, it showed a yellow school bus pulling up to a school believed to be located in Johor.
Even before the bus could come to a complete halt, a boy dressed in his white school uniform and a songkok is seen climbing straight out from the window.
After getting his entire body out, the boy grips onto the window’s railing for a few seconds before leaping off and sprinted towards the school’s entrance.
Thankfully, there were no oncoming cars when the boy was climbing out of the bus’ window and it’s safe to assume that he suffered no injuries either.
Netizens’ reaction
The clip, which has since garnered 1.6 million views, saw netizens expressing horror, relief, and amusement over the boy’s dangerous feat.
‘His home probably doesn’t have a door so his family has to exit via the window.’

Meanwhile, some said that the driver shouldn’t be blamed as he probably didn’t notice the boy scaling out from the window.
