A Malaysian woman recently stole the Halloween spotlight by showcasing her unique, food-inspired costume, garnering thousands of likes and comments from amazed netizens.

In the viral TikTok video, she wears an orange dress with printed images of char siu (barbecued pork) on her chest, topped with three pieces of “bok choy” to complete the iconic look of a bowl of wonton mee.

Taking creativity to the next level, the hem of her dress is adorned with yellow tassels resembling noodles, and she even holds a plate of “fried wontons,” perfectly capturing the essence of the beloved dish.

Company’s Halloween party

Apparently, the costume was for her company’s Halloween party, and it was completely self-made.

Remarkably, she put the outfit together for under RM100, including the orange dress from H&M.

Her costume left viewers both amused and impressed, with many applauding her originality.
