A Malaysian woman’s heartwarming act of kindness has gone viral after she went out of her way to feed a hungry stray dog she encountered by the roadside in Terengganu.
The woman, who goes by @popieesofee on TikTok, was traveling with her husband when she spotted a stray dog standing by the roadside, gazing into the distance as though waiting for something.
Moved by the sight, she decided to stop the car to check on the dog, which appeared extremely hungry and in need of help.
She drove 7km to the nearest eatery to buy a packet of chicken fried rice for the stray.
But her efforts didn’t stop there—she even took the extra step to cool the rice down inside her car before feeding the dog, ensuring it wouldn’t burn its mouth.
When they returned to the spot, the stray dog was still patiently waiting. The woman handed over the meal, and the grateful pup devoured it right away.
