While the incident itself became a talking point, many netizens also shifted their focus to a Malaysian male flight attendant who stepped in to manage the situation.
Stayed calm despite tense situation
During the heated exchange between two passengers, the flight attendant was seen calmly standing between them, mediating the situation without raising his voice.
Despite the tense atmosphere, he maintained a steady tone, kept a smile on his face, and showed no signs of panic or emotional reaction.

His composed and professional demeanour quickly caught the attention of viewers, with many praising how he handled the situation.
Netizens described him as calm and collected, noting that he intervened at just the right moment. Some even nicknamed him “Let Me Handle” guy, while others jokingly called him the “ceiling of emotional management” for his ability to stay in control.
More than just a flight attendant
The man was later identified as Safiq Gisma, a Malaysian flight attendant who is also active in advertising and content creation.

Beyond his role in the aviation industry, Safiq has built a presence online, with over 50,000 followers on TikTok, where he frequently shares content about his life as a cabin crew member.
In 2025, he also took part in the Man of Malaysia 2025 competition, where he won both the Best Influencer Award and Best Content Creator Award.
