M’sian Grab driver prays with STPM student before she sits for her paper, warms netizens’ hearts

For those who are unfamiliar, many students in Malaysia would choose to further their studies by taking the STPM certification. Just recently, a STPM student has shared a rather touching story while she was on her way for one of her papers.

In the video, Eva shared that she had gotten a Grab as she was about to head to her school for one of her papers. While she was on the way, she and the uncle were having a little chat.

“Uncle asked why I was going to school, and I told him that I have a paper to sit for today”, she said.

While engaging in lighthearted chats, Eva then told the uncle to pray for her, so she could ace her paper. Before dropping her off the school, the uncle then told her that he would pray with her, hoping that it would also take some of her nervousness off. Sharing the video on TikTok, Eva shared that she was touched that the driver was so kind to her.

“I’m really thankful for that small gesture”, mentioned Eva.

To no surprise, the touching gesture of the uncle has gone viral on TikTok, garnering plenty of comments from the netizens, here’s what some of them said:

“If I’m not mistaken, I’ve gotten into one of his rides before. Greeted me with a good morning and all. Gave him 5 stars. God bless you uncle.”

“I’m grateful for meeting uncles like these whenever I get a e-hailing ride. They will give wise life advice.”
