Forever the Malaysian icon, Michelle Yeoh has been nominated for Best Actress in the Academy Awards for her role in Everything, Everywhere All At Once. This nomination came just after her big win at the Golden Globes. How incredible! Besides from her, other talents from the same film have also been nominated.

"I am overwhelmed and overjoyed with happiness! Every single person who worked on this film poured their heart and soul into it, and we are all so grateful to the Academy for recognizing so many from our EEAAO family. Playing Evelyn Wang has been one of the great privileges of my 40 year career. It is truly the role of a lifetime."

She is who is well-known worldwide for her supporting roles in movies like Crazy Rich Asians, Tomorrow Never Dies, and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, just mentioning a few, and after a few decades into her career, this is her first ever Oscar nod which makes this especially meaningful for a hardworking talent like herself.
