A recent incident has caught the attention of many netizens after a man shared a worrying encounter with an unknown man, who he believed was a foreigner.
Taking to Threads, @mrstirfriedd recalled the incident, claiming that he was sitting in his car when the man suddenly tried to open the car door.

The incident was also captured on video, showing the shirtless man walking around the area before eventually making his way towards the user’s car.
Fortunately, the car was locked and the engine was running, allowing him to quickly drive away from the scene.
“The person tried to open my car door. Luckily, my car was locked and the engine was running, so I immediately drove off. Before he went over to my car, he had also tried to break into my relative’s house next door, as well as the neighbouring houses,” he wrote.
He said the incident took place near Persiaran Balau, Setapak, and urged residents in the area to stay alert.
“Residents around this area, please be careful. We need to call out for patrols. This is really dangerous,” he added.
Suspect taken to police station following separate incident
The user also shared with WORLD OF BUZZ a statement from the management of a nearby condominium about a separate incident involving the same suspect, who was reportedly found sitting in the swimming pool area within the condominium premises.
According to the management, security personnel attended to the situation and contacted the police. The individual was later taken to the police station for further investigation.
Based on preliminary observations, the management believes that the individual may have entered the condominium by climbing over the wall behind the premises.
“Residents are reminded to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious persons or activities to the security team immediately,” the statement read.
