A Malaysian man was left in shock after discovering pieces of snake skin scattered all over his house, realising he was sharing his living space with a snake.
Snake skin everywhere
The bizarre situation was recorded online by Chef Rajesh Khanna when he noticed pieces of snake skin scattered around the house, leading him to discover that the snake had been hiding in various spots, leaving its skin as evidence of its presence.
Successfully caught
In a post on Facebook, Rajesh records the moment the authorities managed to capture the reptile, where it was hiding atop some kitchen cabinets.
He stated that he did not blame the snake for entering his home and was taking it as a blessing that he was not harmed, while also praising the Kajang Defence Department (JPAM) for the successful and efficient capture of the python.
‘Sangat respect ’
Many netizens praised Rajesh for behaving so calmly in the stressful situation, as well as for not cursing the animal.
“I respect you so much! You really understand nature. You’re a real human being because you didn’t blame the animal! I also feel that way, but I’m still so afraid of snakes! I always pray, ‘Please don’t let me see one, don’t let it enter my house.’ If it does, I’ll faint and probably die on the spot. But I still pity them, even though I’m afraid.”

Others also commended the female officer for aiding in capturing the snake even though she was visibly afraid.
