Teachers definitely play a big part in a student’s life, some of them even becoming role models some students look up to and admire greatly.
Recently, one teacher has proven why.
No money to cut hair
A video shared by @isusemasaviral on Twitter shows a teacher calling out a young student at the school canteen.
Then, he asks the student why his hair was cut so sloppily.
The student then replied that the handiwork was done by one of his mother’s friends.
When further questioned why he does not go to the barber’s to get it done professionally, he revealed that his family did not have any money to do so.
He also claimed that he is an anak yatim (orphan), due to his mother passing away when he was just a baby.
At the end of the video, the teacher hands the student RM 10 to get his hair cut done properly.
The young boy appears grateful and thanks the teacher for his kindness.
Tugging at heartstrings
The teacher’s actions moved many netizens is the video and praised him for his generosity towards the student.
Others also sent their love and support to young boy who has had to grow up without a mother.
