In a spine-chilling tale that will send shivers down your spine, this Malaysian named Najihah Shahrel known as Jiee shared her story on Twitter of how she experienced an otherworldly encounter during a recent trip to her hometown in Negeri Sembilan.
The eerie events unfolded late in the night as Jiee, accompanied by her husband Irfan, embarked on the journey. Unbeknownst to them, a ghostly presence was about to join their car ride. Jiee and Irfan dozed off in the backseat, completely unaware of what was about to unfold.

Jiee's in-laws made an unexpected stop at a roadside stall, where her father-in-law expressed his craving for a cup of mocha to her mother-in-law. While her parents-in-law carried out this mundane task, Jiee noticed something unusual happening in the car. Her father-in-law began reciting prayers and verses from the Quran, creating an atmosphere of spiritual protection.
I dengan Irfan tertidur dekat belakang. And I tersedar bila my in laws berhenti dekat kedai. I dengar Ayah cakap "saya nak mocha tau" dekat Mama so Mama pun pergilah beli.And then Ayah macam zikir zikir baca baca surah semua. Ayah toleh belakang nampak I mamai mamai.

Drowsily regaining consciousness, Jiee brushed off the incident, assuming that her father-in-law was simply ensuring their safety during the late-night journey. Little did she know that this was just the beginning of a bone-chilling experience.
Upon reaching their destination in the rural village, Jiee's mother posed an unexpected question, "Jiee, did you notice anything earlier?" Intrigued, Jiee replied, "Yes, Mama, I noticed you were driving quite fast. Why?" What followed sent shivers down her spine.
"Tadi ada 'benda' tumpang. Wangi gila 'dia' tau. Bau bunga cempaka." Mama start bau masa dia buka tingkap untuk bayar toll. And that thing.... joined us. The reason why Mama stopped dekat kedai sebab nak tinggalkan 'dia'.I dengar seram sejuk terus tak jadi nak tidur

"Earlier, we had an uninvited passenger. The scent of 'her' presence was overwhelmingly fragrant, like a bouquet of cempaka flowers," her mother revealed, while memories of the incident flooded back. The scent permeated the car when her mother opened the window to pay the toll.
To Jiee's astonishment, the ethereal entity had somehow hitched a ride with them throughout the journey.
The reason behind the impromptu stop at the roadside stall became clear her mother had wanted to leave the spirit behind. The realization struck Jiee, leaving her wide awake and overcome with a chilling sensation.

Expressing her gratitude for dozing off earlier, Jiee recounted how, as a child, she had experienced a haunting encounter that left her traumatized. She vividly recalled glimpsing a figure in white following her parents into a hotel, standing silently behind them during their prayers.
