A devastating road accident in Kuala Terengganu claimed the life of an 18-year-old teenager after a car reportedly lost control and crashed violently into a van.
Horror accident leaves teenager dead
The tragic incident happened on Tuesday in Kuala Terengganu while the decreased was accompanying his father to work. The front passenger, Wah Han Keong (18 years old) died at the scene due to serious injuries, with reports saying that his head was split from his body.
According to his father, Wah Han Keong had been preparing to begin his studies at a technical college this June. The sudden incident cut short his future dreams and aspirations.
Initial investigations found the crash involved a Volkswagen Golf GTI driven by a 43-year-old man and a Nissan Vanette, the car is believed to have lost control before it ploughed into the van.
The vehicle reportedly crashed into an electricity pole along the road divider, causing the pole to collapse onto the opposite lane and strike the front passenger.
