In his apology post, the man apologised for his actions and explained that his Instagram stories were meant to be “stupid, unthoughtful gossip” between him and his close friends.

“Unfortunately, a few ‘close friends’ have screenshotted those stories and shared it with the public”, he said.

He then went on explaining that as teachers, he understood that his role is to educate and better their students, but it’s hard to not feel frustrated when he sees his students wasting their time by not practicing. He mentioned that despite that, he is still apologetic for his behaviour as he shouldn’t have posted his students and expose them on his social media platforms.

The said teacher also revealed that since the matter has gone public, his home address has been exposed online and this has severely affected his personal life and safety.

“I’ve lodged a police report for the sake of my safety”, he said.

Following that, he revealed that he will be filing a lawsuit against the woman who exposed his Instagram stories onto Facebook as it has affected his human rights. He emphasised that his intentions on the Instagram stories were never to harass and hurt his students, but a means to rant and be silly.

Before ending the post, he apologised again for his behaviour and hope that the public can find it in their hearts to forgive him as he is an “immature young adult trying to find his way”. Subsequently, plenty of netizens have commented on his post and here’s what some of them said:
