A Malaysian woman recently posted in Facebook group, asking for dashcam footage to identify who damaged her car.
She admitted to blocking another car at the Kajang hospital parking lot on November 11 from around 1pm to 3pm, leading to her window being smashed and her car door dented.
In her post, she acknowledged her mistake, saying, “I admit I was wrong,” and politely asked if anyone could provide dashcam recordings or witness accounts from the hospital parking area in front of the RHR Hotel.
She also included her phone number for anyone with information.
The response from netizens was far from sympathetic.
Many pointed out that double-parking without leaving a way for others to contact her was inconsiderate. They suggested that she should take responsibility for the damage.
One commenter wrote, “Why are you looking for who did it? You blocked them first. Next time, leave a contact number or don’t pull up the handbrake.”
Others echoed similar sentiments, saying the damage should serve as a “lesson” about the consequences of blocking other vehicles.

In a twist, it appears the woman did display her contact number on the dashboard.
However, the person who allegedly damaged the car shared a video on social media, claiming they had tried calling her numerous times without any answer.
“Double-parked at a hospital, waited more than 30 minutes, called multiple times, and still no answer.
What’s the point of leaving a number if you won’t pick up?” the alleged perpetrator wrote, suggesting frustration with the situation led to the car being damaged.
