A local hypermarket recently made waves among Malaysian netizens by offering chicken burgers for just 67 sen each—a price that seems almost too good to be true, especially considering the rising cost of dining out these days.

So when TikTok user @abangzabumalaysia discovered chicken burgers selling for a mere 67 sen at a hypermarket, he knew it was something worth sharing with the world.

His video, which has since gone viral with over 350,000 views, shows trays of these neatly wrapped burgers with a promotional sign that reads, “Promotion! Chicken burgers, RM0.67 for one.”

However, there’s a catch—each customer is limited to just two burgers.

The video has sparked a mix of surprise and curiosity among viewers.

In a follow-up clip, @abangzabumalaysia gives a closer look at the burger, which features a chicken patty topped with chili sauce and what looks like coleslaw.

The comments are all about how this 67 sen burger is as good as—or even better than—stadium burgers, with one person joking that if it were sold in a stadium, the price would be through the roof.

One commenter also suggested, “It’s a clever move. People might come for the cheap burgers but end up buying more. The real profit comes from everything else they throw in their cart.”
