Arsenal and Manchester City are put on alert by Dani Alves.
The veteran Brazilian right back has indicated that he will be signing for a true champion this window.
Alves is leaving Paris Saint-Germain, but the accomplished defender has not lost any of his motivation.
"Now I'm free, but I still have a lot to accomplish in my career," said Alves to reporters.
"The only thing that I can say is that the club that sign me will sign a true champion."
Arsenal are desperate to sign a backup to Hector Bellerin, while City want cover for Kyle Walker.
