Liverpool veteran James Milner is hopeful of settling his contract situation.
The experienced utility man, 33, revealed he is in talks with the Reds over an extension of his current contract.
But he is yet to put pen to paper to renew his deal which expires in the summer, meaning he will be free to sign a pre-contract agreement with European clubs from January.
Asked about his future, Milner said: Who knows, you know?
There have been talks so hopefully it gets resolved sooner rather than later.
But at this moment I will just keep playing football as well as I can."
