PETALING JAYA: An investigation paper has been opened to look into allegations by Tan Sri Annuar Musa that a large sum of money believed to involve Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin (pix) was used to help Umno during the Sabah polls in 2020.

According to a report by The Star Online, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) will be calling several individuals, including Annuar and Muhyiddin himself.

In a video posted on social media on Nov 21, Annuar claimed that Muhyiddin had met him while in Sabah to give him “tens of millions” of ringgit. This led to questions on social media about the origin of the funds.
