Contrary to the defence's assertions, Nur Aida affirmed that the MACC adhered to a standard protocol during interrogations, offering individuals under investigation the opportunity to contextualize and elaborate on their involvement in the matters under scrutiny.
The trial, which has garnered significant public attention, marks a critical juncture in Najib's legal saga, particularly in light of his ongoing incarceration since August 23, 2022.
