Azam said the investigation papers are nearly complete and will be submitted to public prosecutors with a recommendation to charge the two officers by next Friday.

Authorities seized two Mercedes-Benz vehicles, a Toyota, a Proton Iris, two Yamaha XMAX 250 motorcycles and a Honda ADV 150 motorcycle during the investigation.
