- American influencer Melissa Rein Lively has been charged with assault by beating following an incident at Bond Street Underground station in London.
- German national Philipp Ostermann faces charges for two racially aggravated public order offences and a further public order offence related to the same incident.
- The alleged beating occurred on the evening of 11 October 2025.
- Ms Rein Lively is a MAGA influencer and the self-proclaimed “founder of America’s #1 Anti-Woke PR Firm”, while Mr Ostermann, her partner, is a financier.
- The first court hearing for the case is scheduled for Tuesday, 19 May, at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
