Kota Kinabalu: Lack of a proper walkway and poor state of the existing path pose serious risks for patients and visitors to Hospital Queen Elizabeth, here.

Catherine Maurice, a senior citizen, who visits the hospital almost every other month, also noticed that the drainage area was filled with weeds.

Advertisement“The pavements were damaged due to the use of subpar materials, resulting in wear and tear,” she said.

She suggested using the space over the drainage for pedestrian walkways as one of the ways to address the issue, instead of letting it to become overgrown with weeds.
