The Malaysia-India Digital Council has been formalised following a meeting between Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo, and India’s Electronics and Information Technology Minister, Ashwini Vaishnaw at the just-concluded 18th Pravasi Bhartiya Divas in Bhubaneswar, India.
