Kota Kinabalu: For the second time, Malaysia’s renowned mountaineer Ravichandran Tharumalingam has been recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records.
First, for having climbed Mount Everest as a solo climber in 2006, (he summited 8,848 metres high Mount Everest three times) and, second, got certified on August 23, 2022 as the sole Malaysian to have summited Mount K2, reputed to be the most technically difficult mountain to climb.
