NABAWAN: Deputy Works Minister Datuk Arthur Joseph Kurup reminded the recipients of the Malaysian Family Driving Licence Assistance (BLKM) programme here to be examples of disciplined and prudent road users by complying with all the rules and regulations.
He said prudent and disciplined driving would contribute to a reduction of road accidents in the State.
