Real Mallorca attacker Amath Ndiaye has sent an apology to Barcelona youngster Alejandro Balde.
A clattering tackle by Ndiaye left Balde with ankle damage yesterday and forced him off the pitch.
After Barca's win, it was announced the wing-back's season was over due to the injury and that he will be sidelined for two months.
Ndiaye saw red for his actions and has since posted to social media: "I'm sorry Alejandro Balde for the tackle, it was not my intention.
"I hope you recover soon."
