
Kota Kinabalu: A 30-year-old jobless man was charged with committing sexual physical harassment against his sister.
The man pleaded guilty before Sessions Court Judge Amir Shah Amir Hassan.
However, the prosecution asked for a new date to mention the case pending the impact statement from the victim and medical report.
The man is accused of committing the offence against the 14-year-old girl by putting his fingers into the girl’s pants for sexual purpose.

The offence under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 provides for a jail term of up to 20 years, and whipping, on conviction.
The court set May 21 for next mention and ordered the man demanded further.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Nurul Shafeerah Mad Iskim appeared for the prosecution while the man was not represented.
