A 55-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested by police for allegedly engaging in indecent behaviour in public, following the circulation of a short video clip that went viral on social media.
Kluang district police chief ACP Bahrin Mohd Noh confirmed that the arrest was made after police received a report regarding the incident, which occurred at 4.16 pm on Wednesday in front of a supermarket along Jalan Batu 4.
The suspect was apprehended by the roadside at Jalan Besar Mersing around 5 pm on Thursday.

The case is being investigated under Section 377D of the Penal Code, which carries a maximum sentence of two years’ imprisonment upon conviction.
