PETALING JAYA: A woman died after being allegedly stabbed at her house in Ipoh today.
Berita Harian reported that the husband was arrested by police at the scene.
According to the Malay-language daily, the stabbing is believed to have stemmed from a quarrel between the husband and the wife. It was witnessed by the couple’s 12-year-old daughter.
The quarrel at 8.30am is said to have occurred after the couple returned from having breakfast.

Perak police chief Yusri Hassan Basri said police were investigating the incident and the Ipoh police would issue a statement in due course.
