Kuala Lumpur: An unemployed man pleaded not guilty in the sessions court today to raping his former sister-in-law at her house two years ago.
The man, 31, claimed trial after the charge was read to him before judge Siti Shakirah Mohtarudin.
He was accused of raping the woman, who was 31 at the time, at an apartment in Bukit Jalil at about 3.30am on Jan 22, 2023.
