Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva insists they can handle the absence of manager Pep Guardiola.
Guardiola won't be seen until after the international break next month as he recovers from back surgery.
"It will have little impact," said the Portugal midfielder ahead of today's clash with Sheffield United.
"If we were without him for two or three months, it might be different but not for two matches before the international break.
"Some players have been under him for seven years, we know perfectly well what he and the rest of the staff want from us. We will work in the same way to prepare.
"Of course they (Guardiola and Lillo) will be in communication with each other and we will do our best to play in the same way and to win these games before our manager returns."
