Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola admits Oleks Zinchenko is on his way to Arsenal.
Zinchenko is due to undergo a medical in the US ahead of signing for the Gunners.
Guardiola said: "It was nice with Oleks yesterday, because we could say goodbye properly.
"We had dinner together and could say goodbye to him and (now he can) go on to Arsenal."
Zinchenko has agreed with Arsenal a contract until the summer of 2026.
Arsenal will pay £30 million plus £2 million in bonuses to buy him from City.
