Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says Roberto de Zerbi is driving change through the Premier League.
The Italian only took charge of Brighton this season after Graham Potter quit for Chelsea.
But Guardiola has been quickly impressed by De Zerbi's impact.
"There is an Italian coach in the Premier League - Roberto de Zerbi," began the Catalan. "He changes a lot in English football.
"People said that in the Premier League you can't play the ball from defence, but he does it, and they bring it out incredibly well."
