Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has revealed Jack Grealish was injured for Sunday's clash with Newcastle United.
The England playmaker was absent as City and Toon played out a thrilling 3-3 draw at St. James' Park.
Grealish sustained a knock in last weekend's win over Bournemouth.
Guardiola told Sky Sports on Grealish's absence: "We were lucky it was just a little damage to his ligament but not much.
"He feels better, but not ready for today."
